    quick and easy fajita recipe- serves 4

    Ingredients-

    •  2 chicken breasts 
    • 1 white onion 
    • 1 red paper
    • 1 chilli
    • marinade 

    • 1 tablespoon paprika 
    • 1 tablespoon coriander 
    • 1 tablespoon ground cumin 
    • 5 garlic cloves (crushed) 
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
    • 1 lime juices 
    • splash of tabasco 



    Method:

    1. slice the onions, peppers and chilli's and put into a large container or food bag.
    2. cut the chicken into equal strips and put into the same food bag. 
    3. add the seasonings into the bag or container and close, shake to cover the ingredients with the marinade 
    4. leave to marinade for an hour or longer if possible (the longer it marinades the more flavour the food will absorb. 
    5. place into a lightly oiled pan, cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. 
    6. serve with tortious and sour cream (optional) and salsa (optional).
