Ingredients-
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 white onion
- 1 red paper
- 1 chilli
marinade
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 5 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime juices
- splash of tabasco

Method:
- slice the onions, peppers and chilli's and put into a large container or food bag.
- cut the chicken into equal strips and put into the same food bag.
- add the seasonings into the bag or container and close, shake to cover the ingredients with the marinade
- leave to marinade for an hour or longer if possible (the longer it marinades the more flavour the food will absorb.
- place into a lightly oiled pan, cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
- serve with tortious and sour cream (optional) and salsa (optional).
