ingredients-
- 60g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 50 ml milk
Method
- In a bowl mash the banana.
- Once the banana is mashed add the egg, colour, milk, cinnamon and salt and mixed until combined. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes if you can.
- Melt a little butter in a pan, then pour your mixture into the pan, cook on medium heat until the pancake is cooked enough to flip.
- Serve with more bananas, honey or Nutella.
